Cardiff and Vale Dementia Learning and Development Team (DLDT) are holding online learning sessions, in partnership with Alzheimer's Society. 

The Charity supports organisations and projects in Wales that benefit the arts, education, health and society. Beneficiaries including organisations that promote music and the arts, projects in remote and disadvantaged communities, and organisations that provide services to vulnerable individuals can apply for grants of up to £10,000.

Forte Charitable Foundation [previously called the Trust-house Charitable Foundation] provides both small and major grant programmes for organisations providing support for families with areas of social deprivation.

A new survey has found that one in five people in Wales, who have never been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, have made positive changes to their behaviour in the past year to cut their risk of developing the condition.

A range of grants between £500 to £50,000 are available to any Christian place of worship in the UK to help it to remain open for regular worship.
