Your Story Matters: A Legacy Through Art is a free initiative for people in Cardiff and the Vale who are living with life-limiting conditions.

It offers a safe and supportive space for individuals to reflect on their lives and express their personal stories through creative art, guided by a professional artist.

This project is supported by Glamorgan Voluntary Services through the Third Sector Preventative Interventions Fund, with backing from the Welsh Government.
