The Annual General Meeting of the Public Health Wales Board will be held on Wednesday 17 September 2025.
The meeting will be held in person at Yr Egin, Carmarthen and online, from 13:00 - 15:30.

Public Health Wales is both the public health organisation in Wales and an NHS Trust. The AGM provides an opportunity to engage with us in reviewing our 2024/25 achievements across the breadth of our many roles and responsibilities, and in discussing the opportunities and challenges ahead.
Electronic copies of the Annual Report and the Audited Accounts will be available on the website in both English and Welsh.
If you’re able to attend in person, please join us for networking over lunch from 12:00. Following lunch, our AGM meeting will take place between 13:00 until 15:30 in Y Stiwdio Fach. The meeting will also be streamed live online.
