Woodroffe Benton Foundation Small Grants Programme is now open for applications

The Woodroffe Benton Foundation Small Grant funding round is open until to 31st August 2025. The focus of their August 2025 Small Grant funding round is on projects that improve the quality of life and social engagement for people with severe physical and/or learning disabilities in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Eligibility

For a complete overview of the Foundation's eligibility criteria applicants are strongly advised to read Information for Applicants available on their website.

Applicants MUST be:

  • Organisations which are registered charities, 

  • Only operating in the UK

  • Which have been registered for more than 24 months and have submitted at least one set of accounts

  • Have an annual income of under £750,000 are ineligible for the Small Grants Programme.

How to apply 

All applications to the Small Grant programme must be made using the online form which can be accessed from their website during each Small Grant Funding round. Apply — Woodroffe Benton Foundation

Application must be submitted by 31st August 2025. Applications submitted in their August 2025 Small Grant funding round will be considered at their Trustees’ meeting on 15th October 2025. Successful applicants will be contacted within two weeks of the meeting. As a small organisation with limited administrative resources, they do not routinely contact unsuccessful applicants.
