Carers Support Fund 2026-29
Grants of £20,000 pounds are available for organisations who are providing support for care leavers.
Postcode Community Trust grants open soon for applications
The next round of Postcode Community Trust grants open for applications on the 23rd of February 2026, and provides various grants of up to £50,000. Funds available are focused on charities and good causes in Wales
NFU Mutual Charitable Trust
Grants of between £1,000 and £75,000 are available to charitable organisations who support farming and rural communities within Wales.
Penarth Town Council Financial Assistance Grant Scheme
These grants are designed to help develop and enhance projects undertaken by local groups within the Penarth community. The grants issued are usually small in scale (around £250), but make a huge difference successful groups and their projects.

Sea - Changers Coastal Fountain Fund 2026 now open!
The Sea-Changers Coastal Fountain Fund 2025 is now inviting applications and will remain open to funding requests until the closing date 28th February 2026. Each applicant can bid for up to £2,500 to fund the purchase of one fountain.
Perthyn Grants now open for 2026
Now open to applications from community groups pan-Wales for Perthyn grant funding to support with start-up fees during the early stages of developing social enterprises, co-operatives, community-led housing or community land trusts through the medium of Welsh.
The Allen Lane Foundation
The Allen Lane Foundation offer grants of up to £15,000 for charitable purposes across the UK. Their focus is on funding specific groups that experience marginalisation and/or discrimination and they are currently offering grants through seven funding programmes.
The Weavers’ Company Grants
The Weavers’ Company offers 2 type of grants to CIOs that can demonstrate impact with ex-offenders, young offenders or young people at risk of offending, either within a local area or nationally.
Leathersellers’ Small Grants Programme opens 15th December 2025
