Dementia Grants Programme 2026
Through this programme, the Foundation will award grants of up to £7,500 to more than 20 dementia clubs and memory cafés across England, Scotland and Wales.
Coalfields Support Grant (Wales)
The Coalfields Support Grant can fund professional fees and surveys to help organisations responsible for community buildings plan for the future.
Creative Communities Fund
£1,500 for one-off arts projects, for organisations to deliver artistic activities, particularly in areas with limited creative opportunities or areas underrepresented in our funding.

Carers Support Fund 2026-29
Grants of £20,000 pounds are available for organisations who are providing support for care leavers.
Postcode Community Trust grants open soon for applications
The next round of Postcode Community Trust grants open for applications on the 23rd of February 2026, and provides various grants of up to £50,000. Funds available are focused on charities and good causes in Wales
NFU Mutual Charitable Trust
Grants of between £1,000 and £75,000 are available to charitable organisations who support farming and rural communities within Wales.
Penarth Town Council Financial Assistance Grant Scheme
These grants are designed to help develop and enhance projects undertaken by local groups within the Penarth community. The grants issued are usually small in scale (around £250), but make a huge difference successful groups and their projects.
