The Fayre will be held at the CF61 Community Centre, Station Road, Llantwit Major CF61 1ST on Friday, June 6th, from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm.

Residents of Cowbridge and surrounding villages are invited to a Mini Volunteering Fayre hosted by Glamorgan Voluntary Services (GVS) during Volunteers' Week 2025 (June 2nd - 8th).  

 A Mini Volunteering Fayre will be held at Barry Library, King Square, Barry CF63 4RW on Wednesday, June 4th, from 10 am to 1 pm.   

As part of Volunteers' Week 2025 (June 2nd - 8th), GVS will be at Penarth Library, 9-10 Stanwell Rd, Penarth CF64 2AD on Tuesday, June 3rd, from 10 am to 12 pm.

Glamorgan Quilters are holding an open day on Saturday June 14, 2025, from 10.30am until 3pm in Ystradowen Village Hall, Cowbridge Rd, Ystradowen, Vale of Glamorgan, CF71 7SY (behind the White Lion pub).

Gambling-related harm is a growing public health concern, particularly for young people.

We have a weekly Friends and Family group meeting every Sunday 6pm-7.30pm. We have a monthly meeting we call the insight session held on the last Wednesday of the month, where we discuss a particular topic; self-compassion, sleep, trauma are some of the topics we have and will be discussing.

The project aims to provide meaningful volunteering opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and mental health support needs, while also enhancing the biodiversity along the River Thaw in the Vale of Glamorgan.
