Next week, the Forum’s will host a pop up event at Beach Hut number 6, Barry Island Promenade, Paget Road, Barry, CF62 5TQ on Thursday 9th May from 10-12pm. New research by Bangor University and Public Health Wales has found that adults who suffered childhood adversities such as child maltreatment or living in a home with domestic violence, report lower engagement with healthcare services.

Public health officials believe measles is spreading in the community in Gwent, with nine cases of measles now confirmed. Parents and carers are now being urged to ensure that their children are fully vaccinated with two doses of the MMR vaccine to avoid catching measles.
