Citizens Advice 2021 Scams Awareness Campaign

Third Sector Grants Programme - Cardiff & Vale Health Charity Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (UHB)
Cardiff & Vale Health Charity has allocated funding to support third sector community projects to enhance the Health and Wellbeing of people in the region through creative solutions. The maximum that can be applied for is £5,000. This is both a REVENUE and CAPITAL grant. The Grant will be open for applications from Tuesday 1st June 2021 with a deadline for submission of 12 noon on Friday 9th July 2021

Bayside Mass Vaccination Centre will be operating as a walk in Centre over the bank holiday weekend. From Thursday 27th May – Monday 31st May, people are encouraged to attend Bayside MVC, based in the old Toys R Us building between 8.30am - 7.30pm to receive their first dose of the COVID vaccination.

Work with us, not against us, say emergency workers after rise in assaults
Assaults on emergency workers in Wales are on the rise, new data has revealed. More than 4,240 assaults were committed against emergency workers, including police, fire and ambulance crews, in the period April 2019 – November 2020, representing a monthly average increase from 202 in 2019 to 222 in 2020, or 10%.
