Age Connects Good Neighbour Scheme supports isolated older people to stay living independently in their own homes and communities. We are looking for a full time manager to promote and coordinate the scheme. 

The survey will remain open until 25th April and is for anyone living in Cardiff or the Vale of Glamorgan.

This is the fourth and final chance to bid for this fund which lets communities apply for funding to take ownership of assets at risk of loss, including community centres, sports clubs, pubs, open space, or any other asset at risk of closure.

The Baily Thomas Charitable Fund is a grant making registered charity which was established primarily to aid the research into learning disability and to aid the care and relief of those affected by learning disability.

The purpose of the Holiday Grants programme is to provide access to recreational trips or holidays for groups of children who experience disadvantage or who have disabilities.

The CLA Charitable Trust is dedicated to helping those who are disabled or disadvantaged to visit and participate in learning experiences about the countryside.

This programme is for small local charities and CICs which are led by and working with people who are experiencing economic inequity because of their race or ethnicity. It combines unrestricted funding of £75,000 over 3 years and tailored support.

We seek to encourage UK registered charities to bring forward major capital projects aligned with one or more of our 4 themes that will build new capacity, promote sustainability and bring about step change in the way care is provided.

Tesco are providing £150k in grants to grassroots football clubs across the UK as well as raising awareness of the importance of children having opportunities to thrive through opportunities for more physical and mental wellbeing.

We offer unrestricted grants of up to £30,000 spread over one to three years.
