Public Health Wales has adopted a new approach to urgently address the use of vaping products among children and young people.
Research by the School Health Research Network showed that Wales experienced a rapid increase in vaping by secondary school-aged young people between 2019 and 2022, particularly among girls. Over the last year feedback from parents and headteachers in Wales suggests rates may have continued to rise and more worryingly that more young people are showing signs of problematic use or dependency.
Health and social care Welsh Language plan advisory board announced
Health Minister, Eluned Morgan, has announced the members of an advisory panel to monitor and scrutinise Welsh Government plans to improve the provision of Welsh language care in health and social care services.

Run by Compassionate Penarth, this is a shared space to learn how to make your own quick bread and to take it home to share with others. It is also a space to talk and listen to each other around our experiences of love, loss, grief and caring. It is a safe space and we will learn together.

Run by Compassionate Penarth, the circle is for all men aged 18+ and is a shared space to talk free from advice and judgement. A place to share, listen and learn from each other in the spirit of friendship, empathy and compassion.
