COPA are a small charity run by older people for older people in Wales.

They want to change and improve the lives of older people in Wales.

From 1st September 2022, Welsh Government legislation requires all mental health settings to be entirely smoke-free. This includes all residential units, wards, buildings, grounds and vehicles on our site.

As part of our Sense Active programme, we have a few upcoming physical activity opportunities. These activities are for anyone aged 18+ with two or more disabilities. This can be a physical and learning disability, visual and hearing loss, autism.

This year's Conference and Annual General Meeting will be our first "in person" event since 2019. Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board are looking for an unpaid carer to join our Board to influence and plan long-term support and services across the region.

Following the driest five-month period in more than 40 years, Natural Resources Wales have extended the drought warning announced earlier this month for Pembrokeshire and parts of Carmarthenshire, to cover all of South and Mid Wales.

Carers Wales need your help. The State of Caring Survey helps build a picture and provides vital information of issues faced by unpaid carers.
