Advicelink Cymru is a Welsh Government funded Citizens Advice service designed to help people who are most in need of advice services, particularly those who would not usually seek advice. 

The Wales and Africa grants scheme is a grant fund for community groups and organisations throughout Wales who work with partnerships in Sub Saharan Africa.

We are keen to help as many people with a dementia diagnosis along with their family and carers as possible. These sessions are free but we would ask for people to register their interest in attending first. We look forward to meeting new people soon.

The Yapp Charitable Trust makes grants for running costs to help small charities sustain their existing work. Grants of up to £9,000 are available.

Volunteering Wales Grants is a scheme funded by the Welsh Government to promote and improve volunteering in Wales.

Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan may have just over 1,500 hours of sunshine per year, but staying sun safe is important. Despite presenting us with some great opportunities to enjoy the coastal walks of the Vale or some of the green spaces within the city, the dangers of burning, excessive tanning and the additional risks that can arise on warm, sunny days are important to remember, identify and act upon.
