Cardiff & Vale Health Charity allocated funding to support third sector community projects to enhance the health and wellbeing of people in the region through creative solutions.

The Partnership allocated £51,000 in total, to support third sector community activities and services for older people in the Vale of Glamorgan, in response to Covid-19.

The Partnership allocated £100,000 funding from the Welsh Government’s Integrated Care Fund (ICF), to support new, additional or revised third sector community services in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
