Paul Dunn is a long-term volunteer with Butterfly Conservation in the Vale of Glamorgan and former Senior Ranger at the Heritage Coast. 

The project aims to provide meaningful volunteering opportunities for adults with learning disabilities and mental health support needs, while also enhancing the biodiversity along the River Thaw in the Vale of Glamorgan.

We need people to record the High Brown Fritillary, at its last remaining location in Wales, the Vale of Glamorgan. This data is used to inform decisions which help to conserve butterflies and moths, both locally and nationally.

Glamorgan Voluntary Services (GVS), a local charity, is seeking a friendly volunteer with a knack for fixing things to lend a hand at St Pauls Community Centre in Arcot Street, Penarth.  

The Flat Holm Society is seeking volunteers to help with the day-to-day running of the charity.  Flat Holm is the small island visible off the coast of Barry in the Bristol Channel (the one with a lighthouse!).

Strengthen the relationship and bond between both dad and child through play in a prison setting.
