Throughout and beyond the virtual conference, a series of Climate Conversation events will be held across Wales to engage local communities. These discussions will focus on adapting homes and communities to the changing climate.

We are a volunteer led project and we work very closely with Health Visitors, Midwives and other Professional to provide a safe place for a new baby to sleep in by giving a new Mum who would otherwise struggle with the cost a Moses Basket. 

We are delighted to announce that the Capability Development Programme for community led organisations working with older people has reopened.

The Vale of Glamorgan Council's Healthy Living Team are gathering information regarding residents’ physical activity levels.
