Why do certain polices, services or communications just seem to ‘work’, improving or protecting people’s health and wellbeing, while others fade, or worse never start to shine? This question confronts practitioners and policy makers on an almost daily basis.

Comedian Adam Kay joined patients and staff to celebrate the award-winning South Wales Neuroendocrine Cancer Service and support the Neuroendocrine Cancer Fund.

The Vale of Glamorgan Council has launched its Warm Welcome – Croeso Cynnes for Autumn and Winter 2022/23. As part of the Council’s work to support citizens during the cost-of-living crisis, the scheme opens up locations across the Vale to create a network of community spaces.

Cardiff Council and Vale of Glamorgan Council in partnership with C3SC and GVS have allocated £30,000 in total, to fund innovative third sector sustainable preventative community activities and services in Cardiff and the Vale. 

Grants to support organisations and activities that use physical activity to enable disabled people and those who face disadvantage to fulfil their potential and to develop personal and life skills.

Up to £120k available for Core Costs to support essential organisational and administrative spending. These are the key expenses required to keep your organisation running.

The Ironmongers’ Company wishes to support projects seeking up to £10k that provide opportunities for disadvantaged children and young people to fulfil their potential.

Up to £25k for applications that fall into one of the five core categories below; Arts and Heritage, Education, Environment, Health, Social or Economic Disadvantage.
