Coming soon: Carers Active Together, a day of national action promoting movement, wellbeing and the power of community for unpaid carers across the country, is taking place on 15 April 2026.

As we come to the end of the financial year, Carers Wales have launched their annual Track the Act survey for unpaid carers' experiences over the last year since last April 2025.

This is a 6-week course consisting of one 2.5-hour session each week. It helps adults who care for someone with a long-term health condition to maintain and improve their quality of life through self-management.
