The highly acclaimed Castalian Quartet will open the festival, joined by our Artistic Director Rosalind Ventris for a programme that culminates with Dvořák’s life-affirming Quintet in Eb major.

It is with a heavy heart that I have decided to retire from CAVRA. Over the past month, alongside the other trustees, I have worked diligently to find an organisation that shares the same values and interests as CAVRA.  

The Stand With Us Fund was set up to address the critical lack of investment in frontline organisations supporting women and girls who experience male violence.

Rachel Marshall, Wales Manager from Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales will talk about their Deaf and Disabled People’s Organisation’s programme for registered charities and CICs.

Registered charities and non-profit companies can apply for up to £5,000. Unregistered community organisations can apply for up to £2,000.

Carers Trust would like to announce that there is an opportunity for organisations to support unpaid carers in the south east Wales area through the Carers Support Fund.

The course will help you put together a stronger case for funding. It will help you understand what makes a good application and demonstrate to a funder the benefits and impact of the work you will deliver and why you are the right organisation to deliver this work.

We will also be teaching children to send their names in Morse Code and awarding them a Certificate at the Millennium Centre. 

Over the next 3 weeks groups and organisations across the Vale of Glamorgan are encouraged to complete a short application form to apply for funding to support activities and services working to improve access to food. The deadline for applications will be Sunday 14th July 2024.
