With Music In Mind are excited to launch a new gentle exercise and social group for older people in Cowbridge
The sessions will run from 10.30 until 12 on Tuesdays in The Duke of Wellington Ballroom. Each session costs £5 on the door or book and pay for six sessions in advance at the cost of only five. Any carer accompanying a paying member can attend for free.

The courses have been commissioned by the Vale of Glamorgan Council as a part of the Welsh Government’s plan to strengthen Parenting, and reduce Parental Conflict.
