Our ‘Sing with Us’ choirs are for anyone affected by cancer. They offer support, friendship and fun! Research has shown that singing reduces levels of anxiety and depression and improves quality of life. Why not come along and find out for yourself, you don’t even need to be able to read music.

Bowel cancer screening will be made available to more people in Wales as home testing is expanded to include 55 to 57 year olds.

This week marks national falls awareness week.

The Wellbeing Network Event is a FREE event for professionals to come together and discover the wide range of services in and around the Vale of Glamorgan available for Children and Young People aged 0 - 25 years.
