Cardiff & District RAYNET assists Cardiff Council Emergency Management unit
Cardiff & District RAYNET, a group of Radio operators who provide volunteers and specialist communications equipment for incidents, emergencies and community fundraising events across Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan Council areas, were tasked by Cardiff Council Emergency Management unit to provide operators and equipment to assist with Storm Eunice.
GVS Gardening Project Update
The gardening project volunteers from Glamorgan Voluntary Services (GVS) continues to excel and make a huge difference to CF61 and Illtud House in Llantwit Major. The dedicated volunteers have recently been working on the seating and planters in the shared courtyard at Illtud House, where tenants of the building can enjoy the outside space.
