Small and Large Awards

Boost is a boutique grant-giving charity which accepts applications from small and medium-sized charities and non-profit organisations for outstanding sports and physical activity initiatives.

Who can apply

The Trust will only support charities or non-profit making organisations with a focus on sport.

Boost offers two different levels of funding:

  • Small Awards: Up to £1000 for organisations with an income up to £100,000. These are considered through a shorter process;

  • Large Awards: For organisations with an income up to £500,00. These are considered by the full trustee body at the next trustee meeting. Most of our more recent Large Awards have been in the range of £2,000 to £7,000.

The trustees aim to make a formal decision within three months.
