Following the death of Her Majesty the Queen, the period of national mourning, and the decision to hold the state funeral on September 19th, Care & Repair Cymru, Age Cymru and Age Connects, supported by the National Prudent Healthcare Falls Prevention Taskforce, have decided to postpone Falls Awareness Week until October 3rd to 7th.

We are looking for 5 families based in Barry for early intervention and support and prevention. We need engagement for 6 months and be willing to engage in a variety of group and 1:1 interventions. There needs to be more than 1 person affected within the home, and all people must be willing to participate. This will be working with age 3+ in a family setting.
