This would be to understand the work you do and what being part of the framework would entail.

We’re delighted to announce the launch of the new Dementia Friendly Vale website – a community resource created to increase the support of people affected by dementia across the Vale of Glamorgan. The website has been developed by Dementia Friendly Cowbridge in partnership with Rotary Cowbridge, and supported by Marie Curie.
