EU Voices Fund - EoI
Co-funded by the European Union and implemented by Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini and the3million, EU Voices aims to strengthen EU communities, promote civic participation, and foster meaningful connections between EU citizens and local communities in the UK.
Who can apply
The call is open to organisations that:
are not-for-profit and based in the UK;
work with or support EU citizens and communities;
are locally rooted, with a clear connection to their communities;
demonstrate basic governance and financial capacity;
have an annual income between £10,000 and £600,000.
Organisations are encouraged to collaborate with others and to design activities that reach diverse communities and go beyond a single national group.
Eligible Expenditure
The grant is flexible and can support a wide range of community-based activities, including:
community events and cultural initiatives;
workshops, training sessions and discussion groups;
media and storytelling projects;
"know your rights" sessions and advice activities;
partnerships, networking, and engagement with local stakeholders;
Citizens assemblies.
All activities should contribute to strengthening community connections, promoting EU citizens' rights, and encouraging participation in civic and democratic life.

On Friday, 22 May 2026, at 10:00 AM GMT, an online information and learning session on the grant funding opportunity will be held via Zoom and is open for registration.
Furthermore, organisations interested in learning more about the different strands of the EU Voices project and opportunities for involvement can book a one-to-one session with Piotr Kardynal, EU Voices Community Organiser.
