Volunteer Drivers

It doesn’t matter if you are a lark or an owl, we have morning or afternoon shifts through the week and Saturday. So, if you are over 18 and can give us a few hours a week, why not volunteer with us?

Delivery Driver: Without you, our food cannot be delivered to our community food members, to be made into meals for those who need them.  

If you are over 25 with a full clean driving licence, we would love to hear from you.

We provide training and support in driving out 3.5 tonne vans. If you are an experienced van driver, or want to gain experience, we can help you help us.

Time commitment: Days and hours are negotiable with the organisation
Expenses reimbursed: Reasonable travel expenses are reimbursed.
Training provided: Full training is provided.
Selection procedures: An informal discussion, application form completion and 2 references.
