Third Sector Capital Fund 2023
The Cardiff and Vale Regional Partnership Board has allocated £100,000 funding from the Welsh Government’s Housing with Care Fund, to support third sector community services in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
This Fund aims to provide capital resources for projects that support older people, carers, people with disabilities and children, that deliver services closer to home in their local communities to help prevent the need to access Health & Social Care services in a more formal setting.
The Capital Fund is open for applications from Friday 6th January 2023, with a deadline for submission of 12pm on Friday, 27th January 2023.
