Strengthen your confidence and learn essential life‑saving skills in this practical, accessible one‑day course. Ideal for lower‑risk workplaces and fully aligned with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations.‍‍ ‍

You’ll take part in relaxed, hands‑on sessions covering both theory and practical skills. Assessment is continuous throughout the day — no final exam — and successful learners receive a three‑year Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) certificate.
