Urdd’s Fund for All

Giving disadvantaged children and young people living Wales a summer holiday

The Urdd's Fund for All, is once again offering free summer holidays at the Urdd's summer camps for children and young people in Wales. Specific places have been set aside funded by certain communities, but there are places left for any child or young person who is eligible.

The application form can be filled in by teachers or parents/guardians of children and young people who would benefit from financial support through the Fund.

Who’s eligible?

  • a child/young person aged between 8 and 18 years old

  • a child/young person who speaks Welsh confidently or is learning

  • a child/young person whose parents/guardians are eligible for free school meals OR working tax credits

  • a child/young person who you feel would benefit from a Summer Camp at one of the Urdd Centres

  • a child/young person does not have to be a current Urdd member.

*Please note that all of these criteria must be met in order to be offered a place.

What’s on offer?

The fund will pay for the entire course and transport to the Camps.

What happens next?

After the closing date (30 May) the panel will meet and assess all applications for the first time and allocate places. Applications will be assessed by a steering committee. You will be informed on the decision by the end of June 2026.

The number of places available depends on the level of funding received. All applications will be assessed, and places will be allocated to those who best meet the criteria.

Teachers, carers or parents can make an application on behalf of a child on our website:
