Introducing Vale Family Compass – Launching Monday 3 November

From Monday 3 November, we will be launching the Vale Family Compassa new single front door to access services including: 

  • Family Information Service 

  • Families First Advice Line 

  • Team Around the Family 

  • Vale Parenting Service 

  • Intake Team 

The Vale Family Compass is designed to provide the right support at the right time, helping families get the help they need earlier and more effectively. It brings together resources and services in one place, improving coordination and outcomes for children, young people, parents, carers, their families, and professionals. 

What’s changing? 

We will have a single point of contact for accessing our Family Information, Early Help and Intake services:

Please note: if you previously contacted us via the dutymarfs@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk email address, this is no longer in use. We kindly ask you to update any noticeboards, internal directories, websites or referral pathways for Family Information Service, Families First Advice Line and the Intake Team with the new Family Compass contact details above from Monday 3 November.
