Welsh Government Perthyn Grant Scheme: Up to £10,000 revenue funding per group to support with start-up fees during the early stages of developing social enterprises, co operatives, community-led housing or community land trusts through the medium of Welsh. Shroeder Charitable Trust: Grants of £5,000 for charities with an annual income of £150k - £1million that enable children and young adults to achieve their potential in education and employment or strengthen communities and improve the life chances of vulnerable people. National Lottery Meithrin Natur is a £10 million fund available to help children in Wales access the natural environment. This funding aims to improve children and their caregivers’ health and wellbeing in Wales by helping them connect with the natural environment. Deadline 1st Dec. The Ulverscroft Foundation supports projects that help visually impaired people. Within any group of people there will be an element of visual impairment; grants can only be considered if the VI element is significant. Cash4Clubs is a small grants scheme for community sports clubs to improve facilities, purchase new equipment, gain coaching qualifications, or invest in sustainability. The 2025 programme is focused on supporting adult participation in sport. The fund prioritises groups working in areas of high deprivation and engaging adults from specific under-represented groups. Motability Foundation providing grants of £50k-£1million for up to three years to improve active travel options for disabled people. SWEF Enterprise and Business Grants has been created to support young entrepreneurs (aged 18-30) to invest in their business venture and/or support them to take their business to the next level. The priority for this fund is to support those with less advantage in their early life, who face barriers to investing in their business and who may not be able to generate funding from other sources.
