Children and Young People Patient Experience Survey

The patient experience survey on behalf of Welsh Government is looking to collect experiences of the healthcare services children and young people have received over the past year during the pandemic.

It would be great if we could collect as many responses to this survey a possible to highlight best practices and the challenges faced over the past year; to inform developments in the healthcare services for children and young people. Please feel free to share with colleagues and contacts as appropriate, the survey links are also on our Young Wales Twitter and we would be grateful for any re-tweets. Details of the survey as follows:

Are you aged between 11 and 18?

Have you accessed or tried to access any healthcare services in the past year?

If you answered yes to both questions we would like to hear your views on our Patient Experience survey that we are running on behalf of Welsh Government. To complete the survey click here.
