Arthritis UK Cymru are excited to announce the launch of a new suite of virtual services!

We've created a fantastic line-up of free online sessions designed to provide vital information, education and support for people living with arthritis and musculoskeletal conditions, no matter where they are on their journey.

What's on Offer?

Physical Activity Classes: Chi-Me, designed for people living with arthritis and musculoskeletal conditions. Chi-Me is a gentle, Tai Chi-influenced exercise that can improve flexibility and muscle strength.

Information & Support Talks: These peer-supported sessions run Monday-Friday and allow people to gain insight into specific topics related to their condition in a supportive environment. Topics include Managing PainFatigue, our Mental Wellness designed in partnership with Mental Health FoundationHYPERLINK "https://www.mentalhealth.org.uk/", and many more.

Self-management programme: Build on your confidence, knowledge, and skills to help you live well with your long-term condition.

We offer at least one session every weekday (outside of bank holidays), and the best part is they are completely free to join!

This is a huge step in making sure support and education are accessible to all. We can't wait to see the positive impact these services will have!

Booking and further information is on the dedicated webpage Online information sessions | Arthritis UK.
