Positions:

1 x Young Person Case Manager (Barry, Vale of Glamorgan)

Working with young people, you will provide early intervention and trauma-informed support to those at risk of harm, building trusted relationships and delivering targeted interventions that develop resilience, confidence and safer, more positive futures.

1 x Young Adult Case Manager (Cardiff)

Working with young adults aged 18–25, you will support individuals at risk of entering or escalating within the criminal justice system, delivering targeted interventions and support to help them move towards safer, more positive futures.

Across both posts you will:

• Build trusted, supportive relationships

• Deliver person-centred interventions

• Manage a caseload and support individuals to achieve positive outcomes

• Work alongside partner agencies

Key details:

• Salary: £28,000 per annum

• Full-time (37 hours per week)

• Fixed-term (12 months, with potential extension)
