Working From Home (WFH) Guide & An ideal Future Model for NHS Wales

TEC Cymru have recently initiated some research on the impacts of home working on people's wellbeing. It's hugely timely, with restrictions easing and the Welsh Government’s long-term aspirations for 30% of the workforce to be remotely working.

As part of the research they have conducted 21 focus groups with 125 participants and received 240 survey responses.

They have asked us to share the survey with health and care organisations so that people can respond.
