Wales’ Young Leaders of Tomorrow: Apply to the Future Generations Leadership Academy 6.0
The Future Generations Leadership Academy (FGLA) is a group of 18-30 year-olds taking action for future generations across Welsh society.
This ambitious and innovative programme brings together partners from Wales’ public, private and third sector, collaborating to train young individuals from all corners of Wales in leadership development and the Well-being of Future Generations Act.
Chosen through open recruitment and employment sponsorship, future leaders embark on an 8-month programme through online learning and in-person residential events.
The Academy is committed to supporting a diverse range of future leaders to:
Unlock and strengthen leadership skills.
Achieve personal and professional goals.
Learn everything about the Well-being of Future Generations Act, which has become a cornerstone of policy making in Wales.
Network and make connections with people across Wales.
Be part of an engaged Alumni network, which provides ongoing opportunities for graduates of the Academy.
Build a movement for change for the Act in communities and organisations across Wales.
