Rookwood Sound Radio has been providing a bedside and community radio service for 39 years and are based in Llandough Hospital.
With this recent addition to how you can access the variety of programmes which are available 24/7, 365 days it's never been easier to listen in to us.
The station evolved into a Health and Well being station four years ago and works directly with the local health board to deliver key health messages on a regular basis and are integrated in to the array of programmes.
