Carers Wales Track the Act 8 – 2025/2026

As we come to the end of the financial year, Carers Wales have launched their annual Track the Act survey for unpaid carers' experiences over the last year since last April 2025.

The Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act has been in place for 10 years - but is it truly delivering for unpaid carers? Track the Act is your opportunity to say what’s working, what isn’t, and whether you are receiving the information, advice and support you are legally entitled to.

Every response helps build vital evidence of how carer law operates in real life, strengthens the case for improvement, and ensures that decision-makers hear carers’ voices. It only takes a few minutes to complete, but your input could help shape the future of carer support in Wales.
