New Post‑Diagnostic Course as Part of the BeWell Programme – Now Open for Sign‑Ups

‍Autism Spectrum Connections Cymru are delighted to launch their first BeWell Programme, which includes post‑diagnostic groups, a wellbeing group and a peer support group.‍

The post‑diagnostic courses are designed for young people aged 16–24 who would like to learn more about their diagnosis in a supportive and understanding space.‍ ‍

The programme runs over five weekly sessions, with one session per week. Both online and in‑person groups are available. The sessions are informal, relaxed and chatty – you are welcome to share your experiences, ask questions, or simply listen.‍ ‍
