It’s Volunteers’ Week 2 – 8 June.  Have you thought about Volunteering?

Volunteers are at the heart of SNAP Cymru’s work. We involve volunteers because they bring invaluable skills, life experience, and compassion that help us deliver high quality, impartial and independent advice and support to families across Wales.

They contribute in a range of roles, from supporting our helpline and administration to advocacy support.

Many of our volunteers are parents or carers who’ve faced similar challenges and want to give back.

We also welcome those looking to build skills, gain experience in education or social care, or simply make a difference in their communities.

Their dedication increases our reach, strengthens our services, and ensures families feel supported and heard.

Volunteers don’t just support our mission - they help shape it, and we simply couldn’t do what we do without them.

As well as helping yourself, you can also help others whilst Volunteering.
