This opportunity and environment is a fantastic place to socialise and make new friends.  We are looking to open mid May or June. You must be aged 18+ and will assist with a variety of things:

  • sorting and freezing new supplies

  • taking orders and serving

  • cooking

  • using the till

  • clearing and washing up

  • cleaning tables/putting everything away

Days available are Monday, Wednesday and Friday, opening at 09:15am and closing at 12:30pm.
Volunteers need to be fit & able.  Will need to take and pass the Essential Food Handling Certificate.  A recent pass will also be fine.
Time commitment: A suggested time commitment is a few hours each week.
Expenses reimbursed: Travel expenses can only be reimbursed to those living in Barry/Rhoose due to funding
Training provided: Full training is provided.  Informal chat to meet them over Zoom, send applications by email, or post and then when application forms & references are returned, their Induction over Zoom.
Selection procedures: An informal discussion, application form completion and 2 references.
