Contact: Survey for families living in Wales

Do the people making decisions about services for families really understand family life?

At Contact, we want to make sure that they do, and that your voice is heard in the conversations that affect children with disabilities and additional needs.

We’re reviewing how well families in Wales are supported and whether parent carers feel they have a say in the policies and services that affect them.

We’d be grateful if you could spare a few minutes to complete our short survey. Your views will help us understand:

• What kinds of support families need

• How well politicians and decision makers understand the challenges families face

• How clearly parents’ voices are heard and what needs to change

Every response is anonymous, and your feedback will help us push for better understanding, stronger policies, and fairer support for families across Wales.
