Adferiad – Unpaid Carer Group

If you are an unpaid carer supporting someone with a mental health condition, anyone is invited to attend our group sessions.  You do not need a referral to join our monthly groups.

The next Meeting will be held on 18th March 2026 between 11am to 1pm, at Bridge Between Community Centre, Heol Y Llongau, Barry CF63 4AT.

Our speaker will be a Keith Ingram, Autistic Spectrum Disorder Project Manager, Vale of Glamorgan Council.

The carers group is available to any unpaid carer providing support to someone with a mental health illness. Light refreshments are provided, and all are welcome.
