Advice to patients and visitors attending our hospital sites

As we see an increase in infectious illnesses circulating in our communities, the best thing you can do for our patients is stay home if you become unwell.

If you’ve recently had any of the following, please do not attend our hospitals as an outpatient or visitor until you’ve been free from symptoms for 48 hours:

  • Colds and flu

  • COVID-19

  • Diarrhoea

  • Vomiting

Anybody who has an outpatient appointment and symptoms is asked to phone the department before attending.

Thank you for helping keep your community safe.
