Adferiad – Unpaid Carer Group

If you are an unpaid carer supporting someone with a mental health condition, anyone is invited to attend our group sessions. You do not need a referral to join our monthly groups.

The next Meeting will be held on 18th February 2026 between 11am to 1pm, at Bridge Between Community Centre, Heol Y Llongau, Barry CF63 4AT.

Our speaker will be a member of the Patient Experience Team who will share their work in identifying unpaid carers in Barry, Llandough and Heath hospitals.

Unpaid Carers Information Service

The carers group is available to any unpaid carer providing support to someone with a mental health illness. Light refreshments are provided, and all are welcome.
