Greenlinks Community Transport

Volunteers aged 21+ and have held a driving licence for a minimum of 2 years (ideally with D1 entitlement, but not essential) are required to drive vehicles to support community transport within the Vale of Glamorgan.

Street Games and Doorstep Sport

If you are looking to get involved in sporting activities, then how about supporting the Street Sport Project? This is run in partnership with the Vale of Glamorgan Council.

Would you like to be trained as a Nordic Walk Leader?

We are looking for volunteers aged 18+ to be trained as Nordic Walking Leaders to work with local Ageing Well Nordic Walking Volunteer Instructors. You would set up and lead local Nordic Walking groups in your local area, and promote and inspire participation on to the Nordic Walking programme.

Casualty Simulation Volunteers are required!

British Red Cross vacancy. You will act out certain casualty situations at our training sessions in order to enable those learning first aid to 'treat' you, which can help boost their confidence and competence in a first aid emergency.
