In this role, you will be in contact with both patients and healthcare professionals gathering vital information to ensure anyone who accesses our Telephone Support Line gets the best service possible.
We help many people on our Support Line. People like Liz and Gordon, an inspiring couple who’ve both been affected by cancer. They said “Tenovus Cancer Care were there with us every step of our journey. It was so reassuring to know that someone was at the other end of the line, at a time that was convenient for us, to answer all the questions we had”.
Full training is provided and travel expenses are reimbursed. A suggested time commitment is 4 hours per week.
