Vale of Glamorgan libraries deliver books to the housebound

The Vale of Glamorgan Council has recruited fresh volunteers to deliver books to the homes of those who can no longer get to their local library. Part of a community programme, the Home Library Service offers residents with mobility problems, caring responsibilities or other issues a service in which a range of titles are brought to them.
