Vale of Glamorgan Community Chest open for applications

The Community Chest scheme is funded by Sport Wales and managed locally by the Vale Council’s Healthy Living Team. There is £31,000 left in the Community Chest pot for this financial year.If you are an organisation interested in developing sporting or physical activity opportunities then the Community Chest funding could help. The deadline date is 17th January 2019.

Vacancies at the Romani Cultural and Arts Company

The Romani Cultural and Arts Company is looking to hire 2 x part time Project Workers on a fixed-term basis until October 2021, who have experience of working with the Gypsy & Traveller Communities and knowledge of Gypsy & Traveller issues. The project is designed to engage with children on 4 Gypsy and Traveller sites across South Wales over a three year period.

The Ernest Hecht Charitable Foundation

The Foundation provides funding to a broad range of UK-registered charities working to support or improve the lives of recipients through art, healthcare, literature, music and theatre. The Trustees give priority to projects where their donation can make a difference and can progress the Charity’s initiative.
