Peer Volunteers Wanted - Building Bridges Volunteer Peer Mediator

What does it involve: as a volunteer peer mediator you will be helping your community work together more effectively. This will be done by working with other families and professionals who may be involved with families. You will support them to find solutions and strengths to problems they may be having such as arguments, disputes and disagreements. You will be there to work with them to find a way to move forward.

Opening doors to low cost home ownership for first time buyers

With most first-time buyers needing approximately £30,000 for a house deposit, shared equity or low cost home ownership (LCHO) continues to be an affordable option as the first step on the property ladder. Newydd Housing Association, has seen over 20 low cost home ownership properties sold in the last three years, with these purchases being driven by 25 to 35 year olds.
